I can think of numerous occaions they could be used for!
I used the sketch from

I coloured the image with a mix of Promarkers, Flexmarkers & Copics
The papers are from Craftwork Cards. I bought a set of Goodie Boxes
from them a while back & the contents are fantastic!

The green embossed card is from American Crafts & the
sheer ribbon is from the Goodie Box.

The flowers are from my stash & have been there a very long

One For The Guys

Good morning lovely blog readers!
Here is my little creation for the new challenge over at
Crafting For All Seasons where the theme is
"One For The Guys"

I made a little rocker card for Fathers Day!
For those who are not aware, it's Fathers Day in the UK on Sunday 16th June!
I used Kraft CS for the base card & the scalloped mat.

The image I have used is from our sponsor
Bugaboo Stamps.  Who are offering a fab prize of 7 digis to
one lucky winner! The image is called Gus Birthday - Optional
There is a fab sentiment which comes with it which although intended
for a birthday, might also work well for other occasions too!
The image has been printed onto ivory cardstock from Southfield Stationers
then coloured with promarkers, cut out with a circle nestie then
inked with a liquid chalk inkpad.
I tried to pick out some of the colours in thedesign paper!
I also added some glossy accents to his glasses & the headlights.

The papers I have used are K&Co, Hopscotch Boy.
It's actually two sides of the same sheet.
I thought the transport images would work well with the image!
I made a little rosette which can be removed & worn if desired!
The tape I've used was in my stash, not sure where it came from
but I'm guessing it's recycled from packaging!

A little side view to finish up!
I'm putting this card forward for the following challenges:

Forest Fawn

Good Morning all!
Here is my creation for La Pashe
As seen on Create & Craft TV! lol
I used  Forest Fawn
Just one of the fantastic range of

These sheets are available on a CD Rom too
Don't those doors look amazing!
The tag was die cut from Kraft card, then die cut labels which
were inked around the edges were added.
I then tied it with sisal twine

Here's a side view to let you see the box, also made from Kraft card.
The card was assembled & stuck on top.

Here is the inside of the card!
Isn't it awesome! So easy to make up too!
I somehow always feel a little bit naughty looking
in on these beautiful little scenes, as if I'm intruding!

Here's the open box, lined with tissue paper, ready
for a little gift to be popped inside!

A view  from the end to let you see a little of the
pop up mechanism.
Thanks for popping in! I hope you like it!

Hey Diddle Didddle

Good morning everyone, is it nice & sunny where you are?
Here in Edinburgh, we often get a sea har that comes over & blocks out the sun!
That happened yesterday, but I'm hoping for sunshine today!
Anyhoo I digress!
It's Thursday & it's time for my card using a Just Inklined  image!

The image I have used is Cat and the Fiddle

Such a fun image for cards of any age & any gender!
I have a few other ideas kicking about in my head!
I printed him out twice, coloured him up with promarkers
then cut out some areas like his tummy & layered them.

The layout I have used is the June sketch at

Cards Galore

The papers are by Bo Bunny
The sentiment was made on the pc using a free font called
2 Peas Fiddle Sticks then cut using
a spellbinders die. The ribbon/bow, is seam binding.
Here's a look from another angle

Isn't he just such fun!
The colour of the cat was inspired by one of my new fur babies
"Blue"
Here's a photo of him & his sister "Belle"

Cute Huh?

Here Come The Boys at The Crafting Cafe

Good morning lovely bloggers & readers!
It's Saturday! Yay!!
It's a new month & it's time for the brand new challenge over at
where the theme this time  is "Here Come The Boys"
Here's my little card!

I used an A6 tent fold card base in dark brown, which I made
by folding an A4 sheet of cardstock in half then cutting in two.
The card is more or less flat & can be mailed using a "normal"
letter stamp in the UK not sure about elsewhere!
Something I certainly need to consider with rising postage costs

The image I have use is called Vintage Spitfire & is
from our lovely sponsor

Regular Sponsor

I recoloured the image in Word & cut it out using a circle nestie.
I then inked it while still in the die, with Antique Linen & Old Paper
distress inks!  I cut out a cog using kraft card & a spellbinders die
then used it to frame the image.

The sentiment was done in Word on the pc using a free font
called 1942 Report. It looks so like typewriter font & I reckon
it's just perfect to go with this type of image!

A final side on view of my card! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Born To Be Wild Again!

Good Morning all!
I just had to do it!
Here's my Just Inklined card for this week!

I made an easel card in Pink!
The image I've used is
Perfect for any biker in your llife, not just the guys!
I reckon, it looks as good in pink as it does in any other colour!

Coloured with my Flexmarkers & Promarkers, the edgeswere distressed with
Spun Sugar!I added some die cut cogs which I distressed too!

The papers are American Crafts, The sentiment which I used as the stop
was distressed with ink then matted onto a pink label die cut.
The beaded ribbon & twine are from Lidl,  it's meant for gift wrapping
but is perfect for crafting too. I cut some of the sheer ribbon & the ginham
ribbon & tied it round to stop the beads slipping & give a little added dimension.

Thanks for dropping by! I hope you enjoyed your visit!

Love Is......

Good Morning lovely blog peeps!
It's time for the new challenge at Crafting For All Seasons
where the theme this time is
Wedding /Anniversary
Here's my little card!

This is for a couple who are a bit off the wall & I think
it has quite a funky feel to it!
It could be used for a Wedding or Anniversary
I opted to use my own image from
Bugaboo Stella/Gus Marriage the sentiment came with it.

Here's a closer lookat the happy couple!
I lightly coloured the image with Promarkers & Flexmarkers.
The design papers are from American Crafts.
I cut along the edges of the chevrons for a bit of detail.

I coloured the flower, it's hard to see as it's quite pale.
A little bit of  Stickles adds more dimension.

I mounted the sentiment on foam tape & then added some roses
which I cut from some trim that has been in my stash for ages.

Our sponsor this time is the lovely
